30 May 2013: Yann Basire´s PhD thesis is published on OHIM website: "The functions of a Trade Mark: Essay on the Coherence of the Legal Regime Governing a Distinctive Sign"
OHIM's (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) University Network, which encompasses 23 European Universities, brings together Intellectual Property students and researchers from across the European Union.
The University Network, part of the OHIM Academy, has published the first PhD thesis from one of its network members on its website: "The functions of a Trade Mark: Essay on the Coherence of the Legal Regime Governing a Distinctive Sign" by Dr Yann Basire, Associate Professor at the University of Orléans.
Yann Basire defended his thesis at the CEIPI on December 6, 2011, under the supervision of Professor Yves Reboul, Director of the French section at the CEIPI.
