10 February 2021: Opening of registrations for the new seminar “SEPs and FRAND Licensing” to be held online on 25, 26 & 27 March 2021

CEIPI is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the new training program on “Standard Essential Patent and Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) Licensing: The interplay between IP, competition and contract law”. The training will take place online over two and a half days on 25, 26 and 27 March 2021.

The program aims to provide professionals and generally IP enthusiasts with the keys to understanding the legal issues related to SEPs and FRAND licensing and address the many challenges faced in real-life practice, whether as an SEP holder or as a standards implementer.

Registrations are open until 18 March 2021, with special rates for “early birds” and differentiated rates for professionals and students. For detailed information, including dates, the application formats and application deadlines, please visit the dedicated page.
