March 13-14 & April 17-18 Update modules on the Unified Patent Court

Due to specific conditions in Covid-19 crisis, this training is postponed to a later date or will be organized online.

The Ceipi is happy to announce the 2020's edition of the training program exclusively devoted to the Unified Patent Court (UPC) that will take place in Strasbourg in March and April 2020.
The program is divided in two modules of two days each (March 13-14 and April 17-18) and will allow participants to go through the institutional aspects of the UPC, the rules of procedure and remedies available to the parties.

This program is organized every year and is open to former participants of the Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe, lawyers practicing in the area of intellectual property, and other intellectual property professionals with an interest in patent litigation and enforcement.
