Toshiko Takenaka, Professor at the Washington School of Law, Seattle (U.S.A.) and visiting Professor at CEIPI, will give a presentation on April 03, 2013 at 5.30 pm. within the framework of the series of lectures : "(RE)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives", on the topic:

"Comparative Study of employee invention systems in major countries (U.S., U.K., Germany, France and Japan) and Proposal of the Best Practice".

The presentation will be followed by a debate with the audience, moderated by Yves Reboul, Director of the French section at CEIPI.
