03 April 2013: CEIPI Public Lecture: "Comparative Study of employee invention systems in major countries (U.S., U.K., Germany, France and Japan) and Proposal of the Best Practice" by Toshiko Takenaka

Toshiko Takenaka, Professor at the Washington School of Law, Seattle (U.S.A.) and visiting Professor at CEIPI, will give a presentation on April 03, 2013 at 5.30 pm. within the framework of the series of lectures : "(RE)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives", on the topic:

"Comparative Study of employee invention systems in major countries (U.S., U.K., Germany, France and Japan) and Proposal of the Best Practice".

The presentation will be followed by a debate with the audience, moderated by Yves Reboul, Director of the French section at CEIPI.
