On 20 November 2019, Mr. Oleksandr Bulayenko defended his thesis on the topic “Ensuring Remuneration and Access to Culture in the EU Single Market: Construction of Multi-Territorial Collective Management of Copyright”, written under the supervision of Professor Christophe Geiger, Director of the Research Department of CEIPI.

On the occasion of the thesis defense, a Round Table “Actual Legal and Public Policy Questions of Collective Management of Copyright”, with the participation of the members of the jury and chaired by Christophe Geiger, was held in the afternoon.
