23-27 March 2015: Transnational IP Seminar CEIPI-CASRIP

From March 23 to March 27, 2015, CEIPI will host, for the second time (first time in 2008), the Transnational IP Seminar of the LL.M of the Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property (CASRIP), University of Washington-Seattle.

This event will contribute to implement the International Cooperation Agreement signed in May 2014 between CEIPI and CASRIP.

Many students from all over Europe, US, Asia and Russia will be coming to Strasbourg to benefit from this unique opportunity. US students (University of Washington-Seattle), German students (TU Dresden, MU Munich, MIPLC Munich), English students (Queen Mary University London), Spanish students (University of Alicante), Italian students (Roma Tre, La Sapienza University Rome), Czech students (University of Prague, University Charles of Prague), Russian students (Russian State Academy in IP Moscow), Japanese (University Waseda Tokyo), Korean students (Seoul National University) and Chinese students (Shandong University, Beijing University) and so on, are invited to participate.

The Seminar week will be organized around different topics such as Patent Law, Trademark Law, Copyright Law and Enforcement of IP both under US Law and EU Law.
