CEIPI is happy to announce its partnership with the magazine Managing Intellectual Property for the organization of the European Patent Reform Forum. The Forum will take place on the 10th of September 2015 in Paris, Hotel Marriott Champs Elysées.

Mr. Xavier Seuba, Senior Researcher at CEIPI will speak during this event on the topic “Technically Qualified Judges in Comparative Patent Law and in the UPC”.
