In the context of the lecture series “(Re)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives”, the CEIPI has the pleasure of welcoming on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 6:00 pm (Amphithéatre 25), Mr Daniel Gervais, Vanderbilt University, Director of the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Program, Faculty Director, LL.M. Program.
His public lecture will focus on the topic: "Intellectual property, international investment protection and public health: lessons from the Eli Lilly vs Canada case".
