We inform you that Bryan Mercurio, Professor of Law and Associate Dean (Research) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), will give a presentation on April 22, 2013 at 5.30 pm within the framework of the series of lectures : "(RE)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives", on the topic:
"Intellectual Property Rights and Investment Law: the new frontier".
The presentation will be followed by a debate with the audience, moderated by Christophe Geiger, Director General of the CEIPI.
