We inform you of two upcoming public lectures at the CEIPI within the framework of the series of lectures : "(RE)thinking Intellectual Property, Fundamental Questions and New Perspectives".

 Stef van Gompel, postdoc researcher at the IViR (Institute for Information Law), University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), will give a presentation on April 2, 2012 on the topic "Looking ahead: Reinstating formalities as a means for addressing some key challenges in today's copyright law".

Rochelle C. Dreyfuss, Professor at the New York University School of Law (USA) and Visiting Professor at the CEIPI, will give a presentation on May 10, 2012 on the topic "Patent Reform or Patent Chaos: The America Invents Act - A Step Towards International Harmonization or A Step Backwards?".
