05 February 2021: Opening of registrations for the Update Modules on the Unified Patent Court: 19-20 March & 16-17 April 2021

The Ceipi is happy to announce the 2021's edition of the training program exclusively devoted to the Unified Patent Court (UPC).  It will take place online in March and April 2021.

The program is divided in two modules of two days each (March 19-20 and April 16-17, 2021) and will allow participants to go through the institutional aspects of the UPC, the rules of procedure and remedies available to the parties.

This program is organized every year and is open to former participants of the Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe, lawyers practicing in the area of intellectual property, and other intellectual property professionals with an interest in patent litigation and enforcement.
