CEIPI team at the second part of the 17th EIPIN Congress in Alicante

The second part of the 17th EIPIN Congress entitled “New Developments in IPR Enforcement: Fit for the XXI century?” will take place from 14th to 16th April 2016 in Alicante, Spain. On the 15th April the congress will be hosted by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). 

Mr. Christophe Geiger, Director General of CEIPI, will chair and comment the panel titled: “Copyright Enforcement in the Digital Environment: Analysis of the CJEU Case Law and National Experiences”. 

Two doctoral candidates of CEIPI will present their research work 13 April at the EIPIN Doctoral Meeting that will precede the conference: Ms Franciska Schönherr “The Construction of an EU Copyright Law” and Ms Linhua Lu “Specialized IP Courts”.
