Mr. Jean Lapousterle, Professor of private law and criminal sciences at the University of Strasbourg and member of the Research Department at the CEIPI, will participate in the "Rendez-Vous de 5 heures " organized by the Association IP Assas Master 2 Droit de la Propriété Littéraire, Artistique et Industrielle, hosted by Hermès, Kering, Linklaters and TF1, to take place in Paris from May 26 to 28 on the topic: "L'étude critique des réformes récentes et textes à venir en propriété intellectuelle".

Mr. Lapousterle will speak on May 27 on the topic: "Les singulières réformes de la durée des droits et du statu des oeuvres orphelines".
