Mr Jean Lapousterle, Professor of private law and criminal sciences at the University of Strasbourg and member of the Research Department at the CEIPI, will participate in the international symposium organized by the CREDIMI (Centre de recherche sur le droit des marchés et des investissements internationaux) to take place in Dijon on December 12, 2014 on the topic: "La protection des secrets d'affaire : enjeux et perspectives".
Mr Lapousterle will speak on the following topic: "La protection civile des secrets d’affaires".
