The CEIPI will participate in the symposium organized by the "Chaire Innovation & Brevet"s in partnership with the IAE Aix en Provence, to take place on September 26 and 27, 2014 at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix en Provence on the topic "Les nouveaux usages du brevet".
Laure Marino, Professor at the University of Strasbourg and at CEIPI will deliver a presentation on the topic "La guerre des brevets Apple Samsung : le brevet comme arme anticoncurrentielle".
Yves Reboul, Director of the French Section of CEIPI and Emeritus Professor at the University of Strasbourg, will be in charge of summarising the works of this symposium.
