May 1st: "Revenge Porn: Is Copyright law an appropriate mechanism to regulate it?", lecture within the Panel Discussion"Revenge Porn and IP’s Role in Regulating It",
May 2nd: Moderator of the Copyright part of the "Work-in-Progress Workshop for Junior IP Scholars in Asia and Europe", CASRIP. Within this framework, he will comment the article from Yukari Hira, “Copyright and Freedom of Expression in Digital Era”,
May 2nd: "Human Rights and IP : A European Perspective", presentation at the round table on the topic "Exploring Human Rights Intersection with IP, Global Health and Human Rights", CASRIP,
May 5th: "Rethinking Copyright Enforcement in the Online World: Strategies and New Approaches", conference within the framework of the "Global Mondays Lecture Series".
M. Oleksandr Bulayenko, Doctoral Student and Research Assistant at the CEIPI, will also particpate in the "Work-in-Progress Workshop for Junior IP Scholars in Asia and Europe" on the topic "Collective Management of copyright in the EU and US: Supporting creativity and online entrepreneurship in the information age".
