Clara Ducimetière (ESR 9), Doctoral Candidate and Early Stage Researcher at CEIPI and QMUL, was invited to give a paper presentation at the 2018 EPIP Conference that took place from 5 to 7 September 2018 at the ESMT in Berlin. She presented her paper “Intellectual Property under the Scrutiny of Investor-State Tribunals: Legitimacy and New Challenges” on the “IP litigation” panel chaired by Professor Wada.
