Xavier Seuba, Associate Professor at CEIPI, Academic Coordinator, Judicial Training Manager and Co-Director of the Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe, will give a talk next 28 February at Cambridge University Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law (CIPIL), entitled  “Negotiating Intellectual Property Chapters in New European Trade Agreements”.


Professor Seuba will also participate next 8-9 March at the 8th International Intellectual Property Roundtable to be held in Tallahassee, US, hosted by Professors Frederick M. Abbott (Florida State University), Irene Calboli (Texas A&M University) and Jerome Reichmann (Duke University), where he will present the new European Union waiver for stockpiling and manufacture for export during the pendency of a Supplementary Protection Certificate.
