Xavier Seuba at the workshop: "The Statement of Principles on IP Provisions in FTAs" at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich

Xavier Seuba, Senior Research Associate at CEIPI and Senior Lecturer at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, will take part to a workshop on the topic "The Statement of Principles on IP Provisions in FTAs" to be held at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich on October 11 and 12, 2012.
On October 11, Xavier Seuba will take part to the session "The Objectives behind the Principles" and the topic of his speech will be: Strengthening the "other" contracting party's ability in setting its own agenda for negotiating and implementing IP rules.
