Yann Basire, Stéphanie Carre and Franck Macrez at the symposium organized by the CREDIMI, University of Bourgogne: "Actualité des propriétés intellectuelles, en droit américain, européen et français"

Yann Basire, Associate Professor at the University of Haute-Alsace and member of the CEIPI Research Department, Stéphanie Carre, Associate Professor at CEIPI, University of Strasbourg and Franck Macrez, Associate Professor at CEIPI, University of Strasbourg will participate in the symposium organized by the "Centre de recherche sur le droit des marchés et des investissements internationaux" (CREDIMI), University of Bourgogne to take place from 29^th March to 01^st April, 2016 in Dijon on the topic: "Actualité des propriétés intellectuelles, en droit américain, européen et français".

On 31^st March, Franck Macrez will speak on the topic "'actualité du droit des logiciels", on 01^st April, Stéphanie Carre will speak on the topic " Le problème des œuvres orphelines" and Yann Basire will speak on the topic "Actualités du droit des marques".
