Adrien Bouvel
Adrien Bouvel is an Associate Professor at the University of Strasbourg and director of the Masters program in multimedia and information systems law.
He studied at the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and obtained a DEA in litterary, artistic and industrial property law in 1995. He obtained his doctorate in private law in 2003. His thesis, entitled « La principe de spécialité en droit des signes distinctifs contribution à l'étude de la liberté du commerce et de l'industrie », was written under the supervision of Professor Georges Bonet. Adrien Bouvel was awarded prizes by the University of Paris II as well as by the Henri Dubois Institut for studies in Intellectual Property for his doctoral disertation. It was published by Litec in 2003.
