Participation du CEIPI au 8ème Forum de Recherche avancée de l’OMPI sur les Droits de Propriété intellectuelle à Genève : "Intellectual property Law and Institutions - New Perspectives and Dimensions"

Du 26 au 28 au Mai 2014, Mme  Agnieszka Kupzok, Chercheur postdoctoral, coordinatrice du projet CEIPI-BETA et Mme Elena Izyumenko, Doctorante et assistante chercheur au CEIPI, participeront au 8ème Forum de Recherche avancée de l’OMPI sur les Droits de Propriété intellectuelle à Genève sur la thématique : “Intellectual property Law and Institutions - New Perspectives and Dimensions”.

Agnieszka Kupzok présentera sur le thème suivant : “The Role of Institutions in Improving Patent Valuation”. 

Son intervention sera fondée sur un projet de recherche en cours appliquant une approche juridique et économique à l'étude des droits de la propriété intellectuelle.

Elena Izyumenko présentera le thème suivant: “The influence of the Human Rights Courts on the shape and interpretation of IP law”.

Son intervention sera fondée, notamment, sur un article récemment publié par Christophe Geiger, Directeur Général du CEIPI et  Elena Izyumenko, “Copyright on the Human Rights’ Trial: Redefining the Boundaries of Exclusivity through Freedom of Expression”, dans la revue suivante : International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law 45(3) IIC 316 (2014).
